Log in to your MyRaymond account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a return ID.

Pack the Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure the product remains in its original condition.

Handover to Courier

Our logistics partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep; ensure you receive a signed pickup confirmation receipt.

Quality Check and Refund

Once the items reach our warehouse, they will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
